・Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the building, including in the rooms and balconies. If any evidence of smoking is found,a special cleaning fee (including odor removal)  may be charged separately.

・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out.

・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment.

・If any equipment is lost or damaged, or if you leave your suitcase or other items behind, additional charges may apply.

・Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning. We appreciate your understanding.

・Please note that there's a possibility of a delay in the cleaning schedule and we might not be able to finish cleaning by check-in time. (We may be late 1-3hours depending on the situation) If you find that the room hasn't been cleaned, please let us know.

・Please note that we might not be able to meet your expectations for the quality of the room cleaning since it is cleaning for renting private homes and rooms.

1- Child rates 

Up to 6 years old is free of charge only when sharing a bed with an adult. Children over 7 years old will be charged the adult rate.

2- Phone service hours 

9:00 - 23:00.

3- Check-in 

Check-in is a self-service, non-personal check-in. After you make a reservation, we will send you a URL to access your room. Please make sure to download it before coming to your room. The key information will be sent to you 3 days before check-in.

4- Early check-in 

You can leave your luggage only after 13:00.

5- Luggage storage after check-out 

We do not accept luggage storage.

*If you came to leave your luggage before 15:00, please put the key back where it was, and come back to the room after 15:00.
