It also has easy access to LaSalle Academy, Kagoshima University, and Shigakukan University, making it convenient for students and exam takers.

No smoking in the entire building (including all premises). A separate cleaning fee may be charged for violations.

Noise Caution: Please be considerate of noise at night and early in the morning.

When leaving the building: Please turn off the air conditioner and lights, and close the windows before leaving the building.

Use of Fire: Please be careful of fire when using heating and cooking equipment.

Damage, loss, or stains: If equipment is damaged, lost, or excessively soiled, you may be charged the actual cost of the damage.

Prohibition of leaving large items of trash: If suitcases or other items are left outside or inside the room when checked out, a destruction fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.

Regarding the appearance of bedding: Bedding that differs from that shown in the photos may be used.

Regarding cleaning delays: Cleaning may be delayed 1-3 hours, depending on the conditions of the day. Please contact us if there is a delay.

About the quality of the cleaning: Due to the nature of private accommodation cleaning, there may be differences in the finished product due to subjective factors.

Fee for penalty: A separate fee may be charged depending on the payment method.
