・Please smoke only in the smoking area. Please do not bring cigarette butts into the building or your room. In case of violation, a separate cleaning fee of 10,000 JPY may be charged.

・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out.
・Please be careful when using cooking utensils, heaters, and other fire-hazardous equipment.
・If any equipment is lost or damaged, or if you leave your suitcase or other items behind, additional charges may apply.
If you lose your key, you will be charged 2,000 yen.

3- Early check-in
You can leave your luggage only after 13:00.
4- Late check-out
We cannot accept late check-out due to the need to clean the room for the next guest. Please pay attention to the check-out time. If you check out after the check-out time, you may be charged 5,000 yen per hour.
5- Luggage storage after check-out
We do not accept luggage storage.
