Noise Caution: We kindly ask that you keep noise to a minimum at night and early in the morning.

Damaged, lost, or heavily soiled items may result in additional charges.
Prohibition on leaving large items of trash: If suitcases or other large items are left outside or inside the room upon check-out, a disposal fee of 5,000 yen will be charged.
Cleaning: Depending on the situation on the day, cleaning may take longer than usual and could take approximately 1–3 hours. If cleaning has not been completed by the time you arrive, we will address it promptly. In such cases, please kindly contact us.
Cleaning Quality：Please note that the level of cleanliness may be perceived differently depending on individual standards. Additionally, bedding may differ from what is shown in the photos.
Penalty Fee: A separate fee may be charged depending on the payment method.
